Process

The First Meeting

Meeting is our opportunity to get to know each other, discuss the options available for building your custom dream home, and review your lot information whether it be one you’ve already selected or requires us to locate for you.

Design and Budgeting

As a team, we will help you modify one of our existing floor plans or fully design a new home. We work with you to design your dream home within your budget.

Final Budget

At this stage, the design is completed and Engee Homes prepares your final budget. With the final budget and plans completed, you are able to obtain financing.

Permitting

Engee Homes will submit and navigate the process for obtaining the necessary permits for construction.

Selections

During the permitting process and prior to the onset of construction Engee Homes works with you to finalize exterior and interior selections.

Construction

With all the preliminary work complete, this is when your dreams come to life. Engee Homes manages all aspects of the construction process and keeps you informed throughout the process. We encourage our clients to schedule frequent site visits to view in-person progress.

Completion and Delivery

At this stage, we take you on a final walk through demonstrating the unique features of your dream home. We hand the keys over and stay connected for any post delivery issues.
